Remember the previous post about cooking your food at home?
Well — I have an easy recipe for you to try if you aren’t already privy to cooking for yourself:
Easy Broccoli and Cheese.
Boiled broccoli is healthy – however it can be boring and truly lack sustenance if you are in need of calories and more nutrients.
Here is MY easy broccoli & cheese recipe:
1 cup of broccoli
1 slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese
a 1/2 teaspoon of irish butter
IMHO this recipe is simple, delicious and filling — not to mention, its healthy(ish) too!
Total calories: Under 300.
Then top off w/ the slice of cheddar cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of Irish butter w/ the main ingredient (broccoli). 🙂
